Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026. Please review our service agreement governing garment handling, turnarounds, and customer obligations.
1. Garment Inspection & Care
CLOTH CLEANERS inspects all garments at drop-off and pickup. While we exercise master care using specialized solvents, customers are responsible for checking pockets for loose items prior to submission.
2. Weight Verification & Billing
Wash & fold casual laundry is billed by weight using trade-certified digital scales at our store branches. Weight verification records are uploaded to your customer account prior to final billing.
3. Turnaround Times & Pickup
Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours unless express service is requested. Garments left uncollected past 60 days may be subject to storage policies in accordance with Ontario consumer laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In the rare event of garment damage or loss, liability is governed by standard dry-cleaning industry guidelines up to 10x the cleaning cost of the individual item.
