What is your average turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for regular services (Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron). Premium and Special Care items (like wedding gowns or designer blazers) require 48-72 hours. Express same-day service is available at selected shops.
How do you clean and handle delicate garments?
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly solvents that are gentle on fibers, buttons, and decorative elements. Each delicate item (silk, wool, satin) is individually inspected by our operations team and hand-finished with precision pressing.
Do you combine laundry loads from different customers?
Never. To ensure the highest level of hygiene and organization, each customer order is processed, washed, and dried in its own dedicated commercial machine. We never mix loads.
How is weight-based pricing verified?
For wash & fold orders, the clothes are weighed at our physical shops on digital scales calibrated according to Ontario trade standards. Staff record the weight, take a photo of the scale, and update the order details. Customers can view the actual weight and scale photo on their dashboard before paying any remaining balance.
Is pickup and delivery available in my area?
We offer pickup and delivery within a 5 KM radius of our physical shops in Etobicoke, Bolton, and Mississauga. Surcharge delivery rates apply for orders under $35.00, and delivery is completely free for orders above $35.00.
